A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Faribault address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Faribault, MN kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Faribault roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Water Damage Repair in Faribault isn't a side service we tacked on β it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in Faribault, MN, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Faribault, MN warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Ask any Faribault property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am β the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Faribault call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Faribault started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If you're nodding along to any of these, get ahead of it now rather than later β our Faribault dispatcher will give you an honest read on urgency, not a sales pitch.
From a single soaked bedroom to a commercial building with three flooded floors, our Faribault teams are equipped to scale up or down β nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Truck-mounted extraction equipment on every Faribault rig pulls high volumes of standing water fast, so drying starts the same day instead of the next. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in Faribault, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Faribault businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage rather than a single-crew response β we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination β our Faribault crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
On top of standard drying, our Faribault crews treat affected materials to reduce mold risk and will be upfront if a section needs specialist remediation.
Every Faribault estimate is written and explained before work begins β no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
Our Faribault, MN warehouse keeps drying equipment close, which typically puts a Faribault tech at your door inside an hour.
We document everything with photos and moisture logs and work directly with your adjuster so you're not stuck translating restoration jargon.
Final moisture readings have to hit dry-standard before we consider a Faribault job done, and getting there again is on us, not you.
Tell our Faribault dispatcher what's happening β we'll ask a few quick questions to send the right equipment on the first trip.
A licensed technician heads to your Faribault address with extraction and drying equipment already loaded.
Extraction happens immediately, followed by a moisture survey that tells us precisely where the drying equipment needs to go.
We don't close the file until the numbers confirm the structure is dry, and you leave with full photo and moisture documentation.
We measure moisture with instruments, not guesswork, and we won't sign off on a Faribault job until those readings match the dry standard for the materials involved. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
That's not a marketing line β it's written into every Faribault work order we issue. We try to send the original technician back for any follow-up so you're not re-explaining the job to someone new.
